Subscription plans and billing

Our website services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:

Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis
Payments are due on the billing date each month
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation penalties or long-term contract obligations
Upon cancellation, your website and hosting services will remain active through the end of your current billing period
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers

SMS/Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

Consent

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Zero Degree Media at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Supported carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

Intellectual property

All content on the Zero Degree Media website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zero Degree Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Regarding client websites we build: upon full payment for services rendered, clients retain ownership of their custom website content (text, images, and media they provide). The underlying website code and design frameworks remain the intellectual property of Zero Degree Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:
